Senayan City (also often known as Sen C or Sency) is a mixed-use development located in Senayan area, Central Jakarta, Indonesia. The complex comprises a seven-floor high end shopping mall, two boutique office towers (one occupied by SCTV as their headquarters,^[1] one anchored by Panin Bank) and an apartment tower. During construction, premium hotel chain Sofitel had planned to open in Senayan City with an estimated opening for 2007,^[2] which was ultimately scrapped. Senayan City is built on a land area of 48,000 m² (520,000 sq ft) owned by the Bung Karno Stadium Authority. It is built and managed by Manggala Gelora Perkasa, a subsidiary of Agung Podomoro Group, under the BOT contract for 50 years which starts in 2005. They used Pulau Intan as their main contractor, Structure and mechanical engineering contractor.^[3] The development was designed by DP Architects.

The shopping mall, soft opened on 23 June 2006 and grand opened on 21 September 2006,^[4] is anchored by the largest Zara in Indonesia (around 4500-square-meters in size), Marks & Spencer, H&M, Uniqlo, Gunung Agung bookstore, Lollipop's Playland, and the Best Denki electronic store (the largest outlet outside Japan).^[5] Also present are Home & Living (a specialty furniture superstore) and Delicae (a food court). Debenhams, the United Kingdom-based department store also opened their flagship 5-level store here in 2006, although it eventually closed in 2017^[6] with Debenhams exiting Indonesia. Senayan City also houses Indonesia's first outlet of returning Burger King, Domino's Pizza (which has since closed), and the nation's first Denny's. Previously, Indonesia's first GAP store and Banana Republic also opened here,^[7] although it has since closed. Currently, Senayan City houses many flagship stores of luxury labels such as Gucci, Burberry, Salvatore Ferragamo, Bottega Veneta, Stuart Weitzman, Yves Saint Laurent, Balenciaga, Hugo Boss, and much more. Multiple high-end brands are also present, the likes of Michael Kors (the largest store in Indonesia), Coach, Kate Spade New York, Tory Burch, Furla, Aigner, TAG Heuer, Tumi, and Rimowa.
